Returns & Refunds
We're confident our products are made to the highest quality standards
and we're sure you'll enjoy using them. But we understand that occasionally
you may wish to return items, so here's our no-quibble guarantee.
Your Right To Cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel within 7 days of
placing your order.
If You Change Your Mind
If on receipt you decide you don't want the goods after all, simply return
the item(s) to us at the address below within 14 days of
the date of the invoice/receipt and we will refund the purchase price.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all labels and
swing tags attached. Clothing must be resellable and unwashed. You will
be responsible for the costs of posting items back to us. We recommend
you use registered post to do this.
If Goods Are Faulty Or Sent In Error
If your goods are defective or damaged, or we have sent the wrong items,
post them back to us and we will replace them. We will refund your postage
costs and will not charge you for posting and packing the replacement items.
If you'd rather have a refund instead, we will reimburse you for the cost
of the goods, the original postage and packing charge, and your costs of
posting items back to us.
You must notify us by post or e-mail of any faults or mistakes within
7 days of receipt - contact details below.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you want
